Let's work together...
Parents have said they want to find a counselor who is caring and qualified to help with problems related to things such as: divorce, emotional outbursts, stressful events, the death of a loved one, mental health problems related to medical problems, unhealthy coping, anxiety, depression, making and keeping friends, sleep problems, sexuality, gender, bullying, problems related to witnessing violence, physical abuse, sexual abuse, autism, FASD, separation due to foster care or incarceration, and school-related problems.
We will work together toward discovering the strengths and interests of your child to help them heal and grow while developing coping strategies and skills to last a lifetime.
Evidence-based therapies are utilized for the best possible outcome. Relationship with counseling methods such as art, music, reading, play, and conversation engage your child in therapy, acknowledge their values, and encourage them to reach their goals.
Parents ask for help with "What do I do when...?" Being here for you and your child to problem solve, learn, and celebrate achievements is the focus! Some problems are difficult to talk about. We can work together to find the words.
Young adults appreciate confidentiality and acceptance. You are welcomed at every session as you talk through and work on individual goals in counseling based on your strengths and needs.
All are welcome here.
Take the first step today.
Self-pay clients are welcome. Clients utilizing insurance are asked to bring their card with them to the first appointment. Financial assistance applications are available upon request. South Dakota Medicaid is accepted. We look forward to hearing from you.
